Western Desert Tours, established in 2000, is run by Khaled Kandeel and a large team of guides, drivers, and cooks. We know that when it comes to desert tours experienced and qualified personnel is all that matters—and as native Bahariyans we can proudly claim to know the Western Desert of Egypt like the back of one’s hand.

Khaled founded Western Desert Tours in 2000. He is a professional driver and tour guide with more than 16 years of experience; moreover, he is responsible for the organization of our tours.
